These Terms describe the purpose and permitted use of the private application BN Kids Gaming Jarvis.

1. Purpose

BN Kids Gaming Jarvis is an automation tool used by the BN Kids Gaming channel owner to assist with the processing, management, publishing and analysis of the owner's own YouTube content.

2. Private use

The application is not currently offered as a public consumer service. Access is limited to authorised users designated by the BN Kids Gaming channel owner.

3. YouTube and Google services

The application interacts with Google and YouTube services through official APIs and is subject to applicable Google and YouTube terms and policies. Authorised users remain responsible for complying with YouTube policies for content uploaded to or managed on the platform.

4. Availability

The application may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. No guarantee is made that the application or connected third-party services will always be available without interruption.

5. Responsible operation

The application is intended to perform bounded automation for the authorised BN Kids Gaming workflow. It must not be used to access channels, accounts or data without permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses arising from outages, changes to third-party APIs, platform enforcement, data loss or other events outside reasonable control.
